Me LOVE Crock Pot

The Crock Pot is the lazy woman's way of cooking. It doesn't take much to look like a gourmet chef with the help of a little bit of chopping and a whole lot of time! I can throw everything in there and forget about it until the little birds come up with their mouths open demanding food. Here's some favorites: Kel's Kickass Crab Soup Chopped celery, carrots, onions, green beans, potatos, tomatoes. Vegetable Stock Crab Meat Old Bay Seasoning Mix it all together and put in the pot for 12 hours on low setting or 8 hours on high. Either use reserved crab meat or a can of Backfin Crab meat to stir in prior to serving. Chili the Easy Way Chopped Green Peppers, Onions Chunks of beef steak browned Chili Beans in medium sauce Can of Chili Tomatoes Chili Powder Tobasco Sauce Add all ingredients with a few beers (not for you) and Stock. Cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 9 hours. Shred beef prior to serving. Add all the favorites - cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, black olives etc. BBQ Chicken 1 bottle BBQ Sauce 1 bottle Zesty Italian Dressing Brown Sugar Worcheshire Sauce Chicken Breasts cut in strips. Combine and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and serve with slaw and beans.
